Mirza 'Ali Akbar, Shaykh al-Islam from Sarab, writes: "about a month ago, Aqa Mirza Kazim, the money changer (sarraf) from Sarab, came to me and claimed that several months earlier, he had divorced his wife (upon her request, a khul' divorce), and that before the expiration of her 'iddah, they had reconciled. Aqa Mir 'Abd Allah, representing his sister, came and denied Aqa Kazim's claim. Settlement over blood money, 1794
Settlement between Nizam, son of Haji Sharaf, who was convicted for the manslaughter of Ja‘far, son of Haji Ja‘far Qasim, and Ja‘far's inheritors. In the absence of any witnesses to prove it was a homicide, they have forgone qisas (retaliation in kind) and have settled for one hundred tumans as blood money. ‘Abd al-Ghafur, Ja‘far's brother, along with his mother and sister, received about two-thirds of the money. Some days later, Zaynal, the other brother, also gave his consent and received one-third of the blood money.

Power of attorney given to Aqa Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin by Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rasul Khan, Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali, Bibi Fatimah Sultan (Sayyid Riza's wife), and Bibi Khanum Zaman (Karbalayi Faraj Allah Shaykh ‘Ali Chupani's wife), who are all children of Haji Mahdi from Dihpiyalah, and Khanum Haya’ (daughter of the late Kishvar Sultan and the late Kuchak ‘Ali, and granddaughter of Haji Mahdi) in order to resolve their dispute with Sayyid Aqa Munshi.

Settlement of Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah Mirza Ibrahim Khan and sister of Riza Quli Khan Fakhim al-Dawlah, with her niece, Qamar Taj Khanum (daughter of Riza Quli Khan Fakhim al-Dawlah), over Ma‘sumah Khanum's rights to her deceased brother’s inheritance, for one thousand two hundred tumans and some properties including Ibrahimabad village. Sayyid Isma‘il, Ma‘sumah Khanum's husband, signed and confirmed the settlement on behalf of their sons, Sayyid Abu ‘Ali and Ahmad Aqa.
